Elliott went above and beyond in figuring out the reason behind a problem that has had us stumped for a long time and finally caused really high water and electricity bills. We were contacted by ProtheDistance to flush our tankless water heater. The plumber, REECE, came out as scheduled and did a great job getting the work done. He also looked at a couple of plumbing projects I am considering and wrote up the proposal while he was there. I would definitely use ProtheDistance generally and Reece in particular.
