Brian was my first and favorite technician from ProActive Pest. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. It’s great when he comes by, he always goes above and beyond.
We get quarterly service and have for several years.
Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided professional service.
Polite, respectful of property, thorough.
Great service. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining what he was doing.
Very detailed! I’ve had all the companies before (Orkin, Terminix, Aptive)...these guys are local so the customer service is so much better!

Very pleased with Proactive Pest Management services. I have been using them for six years now. What started as a mouse and ant issue in 2017 was resolved very quickly, and has never returned. I continued to use them for basic pest control because I hate bugs. Eventually, I added on the mosquito service which has…

Today I had Luis Perez. He was a true gentleman. I was very pleased with his work. He had Justin shadowing. He was also very nice.
Luis was our pest tech from ProActive Pest Management. Friendly, explained the plan for today. Move a treat bowl we place outside for our four legged friends until he was finished. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean alot. Thanks Luis

Tyler was very good. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very professional and was not rushed. Would certainly ask for him to come help us again.

The gentleman was very polite and did a great job.
David Orr was the technician that came to our home. The service was so great! He tackled all of our current problem areas and even did some spraying around the basement because I mentioned I was scared of spiders. He was extremely knowledgeable and mentioned that he loves to read about all things pest control…
Good customer service!
It would have helped if he called us before he came. The regular guy always did that. So he never came into the house and I needed the mouse traps in the basement checked. He , I guess sprayed the outside.
The technician Angel Guevara was great. Very professional, took my concerns serious and made sure he addressed our problem areas appropriately.
Thanks Kevin August for a fine job getting rid of some ants and a few spiders. You did a fine job. Thank you very much.

Always a great experience!
Brian and his assistant were on time and thorough. They explained the purpose of each treatment and suggested proactive measures we could take to prevent pests entering the home. They also suggested we call for follow up inspection of mouse bait to determine if there are any mouse issues. Very pleased with service.
Very knowledgeable and super friendly and professional.
Great job every time! Professional and friendly, all while keeping pests away. If we have a concern and need service in between, they are super quick to get an appointment scheduled. Highly recommended!!

Been using Proactive Pest Management for a few years now to maintain my home. We live on a slab and are high risk for odorous ants. Professional service and great quality!
They are very pleasant to work with—both over the phone and in person. Their team provides a lot of details and are very patient with hand holding prospective clients with questions and concerns. They provide service on demand and encourage clients to utilize it as necessary. I’ve only started my service with them…
