I have used ProActive for approximately 10 years. Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Highly professional. Clearly identifies the process they are using to resolve the concern. They are very efficient and uses the appropriate process based on the location and the problem. Excellent service.

Today I had Luis Perez. He was a true gentleman. I was very pleased with his work. He had Justin shadowing. He was also very nice.

Good customer service!
It would have helped if he called us before he came. The regular guy always did that. So he never came into the house and I needed the mouse traps in the basement checked. He , I guess sprayed the outside.
The technician Angel Guevara was great. Very professional, took my concerns serious and made sure he addressed our problem areas appropriately.

Absolutely the best customer service! When you need anything, they are right out. Could not recommend them more.
These folks are always on time, always friendly. They know we have dogs and are great with them, inside and outside of the house. Very responsive to any "Pest Emergency"

Brian and his assistant were on time and thorough. They explained the purpose of each treatment and suggested proactive measures we could take to prevent pests entering the home. They also suggested we call for follow up inspection of mouse bait to determine if there are any mouse issues. Very pleased with service.
