He tackled all of our current problem areas and even did some spraying around the basement because I mentioned I was scared of spiders. He was extremely knowledgeable and mentioned that he loves to read about all things pest control…
It would have helped if he called us before he came. The regular guy always did that. So he never came into the house and I needed the mouse traps in the basement checked. He , I guess sprayed the outside.

Brian and his assistant were on time and thorough. They explained the purpose of each treatment and suggested proactive measures we could take to prevent pests entering the home. They also suggested we call for follow up inspection of mouse bait to determine if there are any mouse issues. Very pleased with service.
Great job every time! Professional and friendly, all while keeping pests away. If we have a concern and need service in between, they are super quick to get an appointment scheduled. Highly recommended!!
Brian McKendree came out for my service and was AWESOME. Super nice guy, and gave me all of the pointers on identifying pest activity and went above and beyond to help us out. This was the first service from ProActive Pest Management and batting 1.000 so far!
