Daniel the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. After inspecting and assessing, he took me through the problem areas explaining the reasons why I had a problem and showed me what he had done to remedy the problem. Daniel is a respectful, competent and pleasant gentleman.

I called this morning and spoke with Kathy and she was extremely helpful-really knowledgeable about the services offered and rodent issues. Daniel and Sergio came to service my house and they were both extremely nice and professional. I am so glad I was referred to this company!!
Brian and his assistant were on time and thorough. They explained the purpose of each treatment and suggested proactive measures we could take to prevent pests entering the home. They also suggested we call for follow up inspection of mouse bait to determine if there are any mouse issues. Very pleased with service.
I heard scratching in walls and thought the mice had made a nest under my soft side waterbed. Technician was on time. Very knowledgeable. Great job checking all to ease my fears. I am hoping all clear in a few weeks of rodents.
Brian McKendree came out for my service and was AWESOME. Super nice guy, and gave me all of the pointers on identifying pest activity and went above and beyond to help us out. This was the first service from ProActive Pest Management and batting 1.000 so far!
