Is ProClean Bay any good?

Highly recommend ProClean to anyone that wants cleaners that are reliable, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. I’ve tried 5-6 different cleaners for my apartment in the last few years and was by far the most impressed with ProClean. I contacted them after the cleaners I’d schedule for a deep move out clean…

I needed deep cleaning for one of my bedrooms. The staff was pleasant, thorough and fast. I was pleased with the result. I highly recommend ProClean Bay. The price was standard, that's the going rate.

Bianca and her partner were super thorough, quick, and did a great job during their deep clean. They were also able to accommodate us on a weekend and last minute which we really appreciated. We highly recommend!

Alex and his team were very professional. We needed some post-construction cleaning as our home was covered in dust and needed to be sanitized. They took care of every surface with a deep clean. Very happy with their services!

I’m very happy with the cleaning service with Pro Clean. They are professional, thorough, and paid attention to detail. My home looks spotless, and the team was reliable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using their services.

Alex was great to work with and his team did a very good job deep cleaning my client’s apartment in Emeryville.

We went with ProClean Bay and had a great experience. They were very easy to communicate with, accommodating, responsive, and followed all instructions carefully. The cleaning service itself was excellent, and we really appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated. Special thanks to Alex, who handled the…

We hired them for post-construction cleanup. They did a great job. Great attention today detail with all drawers, closets, nooks and crannies cleared of construction dust. They were able to schedule on short notice and while we were out of town, and they coordinated all that with extremely minimal effort on our…

SO grateful for ProClean Bay. When we arrived at our new apartment on move-in day, we were disappointed to find that it was not cleaned to our level of comfort. So we called ProClean Bay right away around 6pm, and they arrived *the next morning* at 9am!!! They transformed our apartment from dusty and dingy to…

I was in a bind and needed my upcoming listing to be thoroughly cleaned fast. Within an hour, ProClean arrived at the property and did a fantastic job with the cleaning! ✨

Very happy with the service, thorough and attentive.

Great communication during scheduling. Deymi and Mirey do a wonderful job cleaning our apartment - they’re efficient, friendly, and thorough, and we appreciate how sparkly they leave our kitchen and bathroom. It’s also a nice touch that they’ll swap bed linens because wrangling my comforter into the duvet is one of…

Alex and team were amazing! They were very communicative and prompt. I did a deep clean for my apartment and they did a great job - everything was left spotless!

I can't recommend Alex’s services enough. I was in a real last-minute crunch, preparing to launch a listing and needing professional photos the very next day. With almost no time to spare, he absolutely moved mountains to make it happen. Not only did he quickly coordinate both a landscaper and a cleaner, but the…

Alex’s team did a great job. Efficient and dealt with care (although this was a deep clean for a space with zero furniture, basically a move out clean). They accidentally wet a few lightbulbs and were transparent about it as they were scared the bulbs would blow up when screwed back in. Got a call directly from Alex…

I had a great experience with ProClean Bay Alex was friendly and flexible when we spoke on the phone, and Rose and Jean were incredibly detailed and conscientious in their work. They left the house feeling fresh and clean. I also had a couple of specific requests, and the entire team went above and beyond to…
