Technician was on time, explained the process, was very efficient. Showed before/after pictures. - didn't see too much difference. The test will be the amount of dust on my furniture. I opted to have the system disinfected even though I use high quality filters.

Called them up on Thursday, scheduled for Tuesday. Had to reschedule for Wednesday, no trouble. Tech came out, cleaned the vents, furnace, and sanitized. Price was reasonable for each piece done. ProClean was very thorough with cleaning out my HVAC system which was long overdue. Dust was kept to a minimum. Alex also explained every detail of the process and showed me how to change my hard-to-reach filters.
