Zak did an awesome job! He was on time and did great work. I would definitely recommend them for carpet and couch cleaning! I have two huskies and my couch definitely smelled like them before hand, and now I can’t smell any animal odor. Thanks Zak :)
I had Proclean come out to clean our living room carpet and 5 yr old sectional sofa, and I am blown away by the results! They were able to remove the odors of two children and a dog 😂 along with their ick and grime. I seriously thought these smells were permanent and was giving up hope [this is why we can’t have…
I've been using Pro Clean for many years. I've never had a bad experience and today is no exception. Scheduling with Stephanie was a breeze. She's helpful and friendly and was able to reschedule my appointment when I originally was getting service on another date. Kudos to her and to my technician, Collin. He was…
ALL staff was friendly, courteous, & professional! They were prompt with pick-up, provided us with updates, reasonable costs, and delivered on schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend Pro Clean Restoration and Cleaning. We had an area rug thoroughly cleaned. It is beautiful again and looks brand new. Rug is 24 yrs old.
I'm so pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. Our big area rug came back looking brand new! Thank you!
ProClean did an amazing job cleaning our area rug. They came out to our house, around our schedule, and completed the work on time with no issues.
Great quote and my rugs look fantastic. On time. Efficient and very nice. Good value. Excellent staff
Very professional. Good communication with staff and myself. Courteous and took great care of my belongings
Got lipstick out of my carpet
I highly recommend ProClean! I had the pleasure of working with Timmy & Shelby. They were both pleasant, polite, personable, professional & knowledgeable. They showed care in making sure everything would be taken care of & that’s exactly what happened. Last week another gentleman, Brett, came & helped Shelby, he…
Wonderful experience. Cleaned two rugs I had, all I had to do was drop them off. They were super flexible with when I could pick them up and showed me the whole process as well. Couldn't be happier with their service.
We had them polish our travertine counter tops. There was some damage and they just stopped following up.
Job Well done very thorough my carpet and sofa came clean and smelled great
Great job. I will use this service again.
Their system for cleaning pet urine out of rugs works well. Unfortunately our dog peed on the freshly cleaned carpet as soon as we turned our backs. So while their system is an exceptional way to clean area rugs, obviously a pet can still smell their prior accidents on the carpet. 🥵
Great job!
I had this rug cleaned coming out of 15 years storage and they did well. This time , afew years later, they got the stains that wouldn't lift the first time and my 30 year old rug looks brand new!!!
Outstanding and highly recommended!
We’ve used the services of ProClean 3 years in a row and are always pleased. They provide a high quality and reliable service. Highly recommend!
Daniel always listens to my carpet and upholstery cleaning priorities. He takes time and great effort to deal with problem areas and is efficient and professional.
they will do all they can to attend to your schedule that's ONE reason we choose them first
Responsive, picked up my rugs and had them back quickly. A great value
They did an amazing job. We have them clean the carpets every 12 months. Always on time and do a fantastic job.
Very professional and thorough.
They had excellent communication from start to finish. They showed up on the day & time agreed upon. They were able to get the stain out of the rug and off of the chair for a great price. I would definitely call them again.
