I had Proclean come out to clean our living room carpet and 5 yr old sectional sofa, and I am blown away by the results! They were able to remove the odors of two children and a dog 😂 along with their ick and grime. I seriously thought these smells were permanent and was giving up hope [this is why we can’t have…
I've been using Pro Clean for many years. I've never had a bad experience and today is no exception. Scheduling with Stephanie was a breeze. She's helpful and friendly and was able to reschedule my appointment when I originally was getting service on another date. Kudos to her and to my technician, Collin. He was…

People are always so nice and clean up and try to get any spots out of your carpet that you need help with
I've used ProClean three times and have always been pleased. Not only do they good job at what they can do, but they are upfront about what they cannot do -- heavy stains on old carpet, etc. Highly recommended.
Very good customer service and my carpet looks great
Prompt, efficient, great job
Professional and courteous.
Josh did our cleaning and did a great job. He really worked on a couple of pet stained areas. Josh was professional, polite and knowledgeable of the process and was able to provide me some good tips and helpful hints for keeping stains under control. Highly recommend this technician.

Great job!
I have to say they did an amazing job! Better than I expected. Very calm and courteous as well. Definitely recommend ProClean
Outstanding and highly recommended!
Nothing to offer
As far as the general experience with scheduling services and getting questions answered, the employee on the other line was very helpful. The person who came to do the cleaning arrived a little early, maybe about 30 mins, but the text alert beforehand letting me know he was on the way was a nice courtesy. I forgot…
We’ve used the services of ProClean 3 years in a row and are always pleased. They provide a high quality and reliable service. Highly recommend!

David did a great job in cleaning my carpet! He was quick and efficient! I live on NAS Pensacola and I was able to escort him on base to get the job done! Also gave me military discount! Thank you so much!
I have used ProClean for years. They have people working for them who know their job. They always do a good job and don't leave your carpet too wet.
Very quick with quote. Good price and quick service.
My landlord refuses to use anyone but Pro Clean. Their technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I would highly recommend Pro Clean!!!

Excellent service. Great price.
They did an amazing job. We have them clean the carpets every 12 months. Always on time and do a fantastic job.
This company is very professional. He showed up on time, was in and out without getting in the way during the move and it smelled amazing when he left; there were stains he couldn’t get out but the carpet is original to the house so we expected that. It’s clean for now until we can replace it so we thank them for…
ProClean cleaned my tile and grout. It looks brand new. After 10 years of wear and tear, I have never seen it cleaner.
Daniel Clark came to assess the job to be done. Daniel was friendly, courteous, attentive, and highly professional. First impression was that we were in good and highly capable hands. Office staff, as well as the technician on site, were polite and efficient. In addition to the great job on cleaning my carpets, the technician did an outstanding job on cleaning the grout surrounding our tile. It looks brand new! Terrific job at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Pro Clean!
