Excellent service!
Joe is THE BEST! He facilitated a warranty repair on our SubZero fridge, and we also used him for a Wolf oven issue. Such a pro. Our go-to for sure. Easy to schedule with the office, and always great communication and on-time for appts.
Communication was outstanding. Joe kept my counters protected with thick pads and took the time to explain the problem and was honest about the cost up front. I will be calling again when the need arises.
Joe was amazing! Unbelievably helpful! Helped educate me on my new appliances! Exceeded my expectations! Above and beyond!

Incredible service and professionalism. If you have an issue with an appliance, call these guys first! You will be glad you did.
Royce has worked on many projects for us over the years. He is reliable, honest and very professional.
Royce is probably the most professional man you will ever meet. So thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
Extremely pleasant working with Royce and having him bring us along the trip of diagnosing the problem with our wine refrigerator and what would probably be the warranty service options. Timely, easy natured, communicative - very professional!
Royce fixed our fridge the day after we called him, talked us through the issues we were having and the decision of whether to repair or replace, and also fixed our fridge’s alignment at no extra cost. The cost ended up being less that what he originally estimated. Overall, very prompt and professional service.
Prompt, Professional and easy to work with. The best appliance repair in the Nashville area.
Royce is absolutely the best!! He is prompt, professional, efficient and a great guy.
