The technicians are always very courteous and great to deal with. I recently had to get my lines repaired due to home improvement project last year that damaged them. They came and repaired everything and made sure to not to destroy the grass and you basically could not tell they were here at all even though they have to run new lines. Tim the project manager was awesome to work with and Joe (owner) is just a great guy to do business with.

While the representative I spoke to was pleasant, his manger who was helping him answer questions, got extremely rude and loud and they finally concluded that they are not willing to come and fix the preventer; and they are 'unable' to even provide a quote or estimate the cost of the service. The reason was because I mentioned that I did not think that I had to do back flow testing since we had got one done in November 2024: I might have been wrong, but shouting or talking over a customer is not the way you run a business. I'm surprised that they even have customers! Shouting out loudly that they have been in the industry for 25 years, is not enough in today's environment to sustain a business. Customers are the sole reason the business survives

Good morning Mr. SasiKumar, We are sorry for the misunderstanding during yesterday's phone call. We were trying to explain the services we provide. It's not our company's policy to advise the homeowner how to install the backflow preventor as this would be a potential liability to our company. We tried to explain to you that the backflow preventor must be tested by a licensed professional yearly and reported to your water company every calendar year. We do not provide quotes over the phone other than the minimum cost for the startup, winterization, and backflow test. As we stated, there may be an additional cost, depending on the state of the irrigation system. The only work we performed on this property was a winterization in 2020 done for the previous homeowner. We wish luck in finding a service company for your needs.

Review from Google · view on GoogleSeveral years ago I used Professional Irrigation for a period of 12 years to service the existing system at my home in Cranberry Twp. At that point we decided to downsize and we purchased a new home without an irrigation system. Another 12 years has past since we moved. Last spring we were walking around the neighborhood and we noticed one of their trucks servicing someone’s system. My wife said to me should we get an irrigation system like we had at the last house because the lawn always looked so nice. We signed a contract with Professional Irrigation and they did the installation 2 weeks ago and it took 2 1/2 days. Looking out over the lawn after the installation you can hardly tell anything was dug up. The installation crew showed up when they said they would, they conducted themselves in a professional manner, and they cleaned up the work site before they left for the day. I would recommend Professional Irrigation to anyone looking for an irrigation system.

A neighbor recommended Professional Irrigational & Design after we kept getting the run around from every other place we contacted. This company is amazing!! From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional and personable. Communication was great, and workmanship was amazing. From plumbing to exterior design and installation, they were meticulous. Clean up was great, too. You could hardly tell they had been digging in our yard for days when it was all said and done. There is no doubt their primary concern is quality and customer satisfaction. We look forward to working with them for years to come.
