My daughter’s apartment in Jersey City was overrun and we needed help. Our technician Jamere was excellent. His communication, punctuality, and of course his expertise was 5-star. Jamere was supported by Wilma in the office who is phenomenal as well. Very effective and responsive communicator. I would highly recommend their services.

Jerry came for the initial visit and he was really thorough. We would love to continue the monthly service with Jerry. Wilma also provided a smooth onboarding process and was very efficient. The cost is also fair and transparent. Great business and powered by good people!

Highly recommended!! Excellent, friendly service at a very affordable price. We had a significant waterbug problem and PT&PC solved it - we haven’t seen a waterbug in months. It is clear they take safety seriously - the technicians always make sure to understand our pet/kid situation before getting started. Wilma has been our point of contact for service - she is knowledgeable, professional, and an all-around pleasure to work with. Yeiri is our regular technician- he is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough and always does a great job for us. We’ll be using PT&PC for as long as we’re in Jersey City.

I have had the pleasure of working with this exterminator company for several years now. The have been handling my Catering/ Food business and our homes and not only do they do a professional job exterminating but their hospitality is next level. We have been using exterminators for our business and homes for the last 20 years and we have never seen this level of professionalism and great service. Almost zero rodents in short time frame. The really understand what they are doing. Wilma the Admin....is super nice and accommodating. Jack, Jamere and Jerry are on the field exterminating and are genuinely kind people. From the appointment making to monthly work on the field they do for us....it's super easy and reasonable pricing. Thank you Pro Pest control team....you deserve 6 stars!!!!
