The Tech was fast and he did a great job. He was very thoughtful, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend using them!
The A/C technician showed up on time. Diagnosis was quick. He had all the needed tools and supplies in his truck. He finished it in 1 1/2 hours and reminded me that I had one year warranty on the repair. He was friendly, easy to-talk-to and willing to explain in layman’s terms and words what was wrong with the A/C…
I had a great experience with ProMax Service fixing my Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning unit. Max was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. He took the time to diagnose the problem carefully, explain what was going on, and make sure everything was working properly. The pricing was fair, and I really…
Promax Service Group installed a replacement HVAC system for us. They were diligent and professional at every step. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions and requests. The day after the installation, we had a question, and they sent a technician over the same day to look at the…
I found Promax Service Group on Thumbtack. I am a novice when it comes to anything HVAC-related. Promax Service Group were quick to respond and very knowledgeable regarding my HVAC. I've been having issues with my HVAC for a few years (it wouldn't blow cold air and some rooms didn't have any airflow at all). Promax…
Had my HVAC system replaced and it was completed in a day. Very pleased with the over all service, from the technicians and office staff. I highly recommend Promax.
I currently have a really finicky York furnace unit and ProMax has gone above and beyond every time they have come out to service my furnace unit. Since my furnace was still under warranty, they worked with York to get replacement parts. They are also super knowledgeable and were happy to answer all the questions I…
I had Promax Services helping me with A/C unit repairs. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable for a reasonable price. Highly recommend
The Promax Tech, Valerii was great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail before he started. I really thought our furnace was dead but he was able to get up and running in very little time. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
I usually don't like to work with structured companies when dealing with my home repairs. But Pro Max is that rare company that is actually there to support the customer, rather than put up a wall between me and the people working on my home. I felt I had the whole team working on my furnace. My furnace was not an…
Had Slava from ProMax help with a furnace issue in my house today. What I feared was a major issue turned out to be a minor fix. He even helped to troubleshoot the split mini system on the other side of the house. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to timely communication, to the actual service was top…
I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received from Promax was outstanding. Our heating system stopped working right before the holidays, and I was worried it would take weeks to fix. Promax responded immediately, scheduled us quickly, and had the problem diagnosed within minutes of arriving. Max was very…
Our outdoor condenser unit would not turn on. Slava came in for an effective diagnose, and later was very patient in explaning cost details of all available options to us. We ended up changing a new unit, and Max was very friendly in acomplishing the job and made sure we have a new working system. Would recommend Promax!
Totally satisfied with Promax work. Two rooms not cooling enough. Max showed up same day to troubleshoot and fixed next day. This dude knows stuff and very customer friendly. Highly recommend!
Max was very quick in finding the problem and fixing it. Appointment was easy to setup. He was punctual, very knowledgeable and did a thorough job.
I rarely write reviews, but after the exceptional service I received from Promax Service Group, I felt compelled to share my experience. My HVAC system recently had an issue with the compressor, and I was struggling to find a reliable company to fix it. After calling around, Promax was the only company that not only…
