Great service, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very honest.
Have been hearing of this company from acquaintances, decided to get into contact with Moises, as he was highly recommended to me. This is the time of year we all need service on our A/Cs, and was not disappointed! He was able to service my appliance with ease and without an issue. Will be saving his contact for future reference and recommending to others.
These guys are amazing! Jesus was able to fit me in in the same day even though it wasn't an emergency and was able to fix the issue even though they stopped selling parts for this model long ago. My normal AC tech want available and with four AC units and heaters I always need someone reliable to call. Thank you Promise Heating and Air!
Today Josue Cruz came out to fix my heater and he had it up an running so quickly. He was very friendly and professionally and answered all my questions. I would definitely continue to call on this company when ever I need any repairs.
The service was great and they were friendly and very professional.
