Lack of knowledge. I needed to treat the inside of my house for garden flying ants and they told me they were termites! 🤦🏻 the guy that came out to my house ended up asking his supervisor to make sure they were in fact garden flying ants. Hopefully they can get rid of them.
Paul was great. Personable and professional. Explained the process and made sure he was thorough. Highly recommend. proof. was responsive and not pushy. They stand behind their job and come back at no charge to treat if the pests reappear before the next treatment.

I thought Alicia did a great job checking the property for problems and then bug proofing the entire area.
