Tech was on time and provided 30 minute advance notice of arrival. Excellent communication of service and great performance of services. I am extremely impressed with my services and am very grateful that I called this company for service. I have had two other companies in the past four years and haven’t seen such a…
Steve was very courteous and helpful to get me the service I needed.
Excellent service.
Paul was very prompt and efficient. He answered all my questions and was very professional.
They gave us an appointment time for their service. Paul called that morning to let us know when he would be here. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. He even found an additional yellow jacket nest in addition to the 2 we called about. I decided to change from a one time visit to a one year…
Steven was quite professional and explained what he was doing and why.
Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable tech showed up, thoroughly explained services (much more extensive than I expected), and very efficiently completed services!
Great service and Cody arrived on time and completed all tasks I asked for A+
Does an amazing job. Very professional
Lack of knowledge. I needed to treat the inside of my house for garden flying ants and they told me they were termites! 🤦🏻 the guy that came out to my house ended up asking his supervisor to make sure they were in fact garden flying ants. Hopefully they can get rid of them.
Paul was great. Personable and professional. Explained the process and made sure he was thorough. Highly recommend. proof. was responsive and not pushy. They stand behind their job and come back at no charge to treat if the pests reappear before the next treatment.
Steve H did our pest control service today. He is pleasant, communicates well, efficient, and did a great job taking care of all of our issues. I have never been dissatisfied with our service from the technicians at Proof Pest Control.
When Paul came to do the regular pest control, he communicated what he was going to do today and if we had any consider a to let him know. He provided the ant traps we needed inside and reminded us where they went. He was friendly and prepared for his job.

Steven was here a few days ago. He always does a very thorough job. I appreciate that he listens to my concerns and explains the products he’s using. And he’s very pleasant. Thanks, Steven!

Cody always has a smile on his face and does a great job. Even today with snow, 25 mph winds and 25 deg temps!
The people who treat our home are always very professional and friendly. I appreciate that they give us a heads up when they're close so that we can crate our dog. We especially appreciate the re-service, as we've had times when we need treatment for certain areas outside of our scheduled appointment. Calling for a…
Brandon is always kind and polite. He always be sure that we are satisfied with the service he provided before he starts and when he is completed.
Hey Cody! Thank you for the great service today. Since you have been providing your expertise for our residence, the bees, ants and spiders have moved on to the homes you don't service LOL!
Brandon was professional, friendly and diligent. I highly recommend both Proof and Brandon!
Brandon came out today even though it was raining so he could reschedule so we get the best results. He’s been awesome since our first service making sure to educate on the service and products being used!
I appreciate the thorough work performed by Cody on my home today. My major concern this month was wasps, and he made an extra effort to insure that the issue was handled.
Brandon C. treated our home/property today. The very first thing I noticed was that he immediately put on shoe coverings. Many other service providers in the summer (not from Proof) simply walk in without covering their shoes or even offering to take them off. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, and patient…
He is excellent. Noticed things that the prior tech did not. I am very confident this will take care of the problem.
Exceptional service from our technician Brandon! I definitely recommend Proof Pest Control!
Nick did a great job & although I was not home, he communicated to me all he did, he even sent photos. This was a follow up appointment & I am thankful to be rid of carpenter ants! Thank You proof!!
On Friday, May 12, 2023, Andrea came to my home for pest control. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly. She did a great job, and I would highly recommend Proof and Andrea specifically.
Andrea was great
We live in the woods and had a recent ant infestation. They were quick to set up a time and very thorough about fixing the problem, inside and out. Highly recommend!
Andrea was informative and professional. Answered all of my questions and was quick with her work. Would recommend
Andrea was super friendly while being professional. While maintaining a COVID distance, she went over the service I have and offered the garage rodent treatment I didn't know existed. Her work was efficient and all my questions were promptly answered. Great service!
Was courteous. Very detailed in his inspection and treatment.
Jeff, the technician, is great. He showed up timely, determine what treatment we needed, and completed the job. Would highly recommend
I thought Alicia did a great job checking the property for problems and then bug proofing the entire area. She was on time, professional, answered all our questions, proofed the entire home inside and out, even left pest traps for our problem areas. I would think she must be one of your best technicians.
Jeffary Gort is very knowledgeable and attentive, and always listens to your needs..
Alicia Oswalt provided our first treatment from Proof today. She was very thorough and polite. Very hard worker. We were so impressed with the time she spent making sure she covered all of our "problem" areas. Very impressed!
Chase was great Assured me that the carpenter ants will be taken care of took care of everything and a very pleasant person to talk with very knowledgeable thanks again Chase
They have been excellent every time we've had them out. Since starting our service with them we haven't had any issues with insects getting in the house. The one pest issue we had was this past fall. We noticed some mice had made their way in to our house. We called proof and they were out the next day setting traps…
As a new resident to the area, I loved being asked if I was interested in services "while they we in the neighborhood". Allissa, the technician, was professional, friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend.
On the quarterly program since May 2020. External spray, mice poison boxes in the garage and internal bug treatment just once on the last visit. Virtually eliminated ants around the perimeter of my home, an ant mound that had been in the yard for a few summers, stink bugs and spiders that seemed to always get…
Jeff was very helpful and answered my questions
Ian has been great to work with from a sales/agreement standpoint and Jeffary came out today to provide pest control and was super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
