Steve, arrived early and did a very professional job in inclimate weather exterminating our bee and ant issue.
Brent does a good job for us! He is friendly and professional. He is concerned about customer satisfaction and doing a good job. He puts forth his best effords and promises to return if we see signs of additional insects.
Andrea came out today to help me with some carpenter bees that were infesting my deck. She was extremely punctual; she called to see if we could have her come early and although we couldn't, she was right on time when she came later in the day. She walked the grounds with me and thoroughly inspected the property.…
We had Andrea as our technician- she was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend proof pest- we’ve used other services in the past and none have eliminated wasps/hornets as effectively as proof pest control!
On Friday, May 12, 2023, Andrea came to my home for pest control. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly. She did a great job, and I would highly recommend Proof and Andrea specifically.
Andrea Buff is a highly skilled technician. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. Andrea sincerely cares and looks out for her customers which I value and appreciate very much.
Truly can't say enough great things about the Wixom office, especially the technician Timothy. Very friendly, detailed , knowledgeable and communicative. They are always punctual and able to come out within a few days for anything we may need in between regular services. SOOO worth it!
Received same day service. Steve was awesome found the issue and resolved the problem.
Andrea was awesome. Very efficient and polite. I was unloading my car with my young daughter when she arrived and she helped us unload to get in the house for when she started spraying/working. Thanks Proof!
I thought Alicia did a great job checking the property for problems and then bug proofing the entire area. She was on time, professional, answered all our questions, proofed the entire home inside and out, even left pest traps for our problem areas. I would think she must be one of your best technicians.
Dylan was right on time. Respectful, courteous and explained to me what he was going to do. He also was kind enough to let me know when he was finished. The whole proof team has been great so far and I'm very happy to have them keeping all the creepy crawly things out of my home.
Alicia Oswalt provided our first treatment from Proof today. She was very thorough and polite. Very hard worker. We were so impressed with the time she spent making sure she covered all of our "problem" areas. Very impressed!
As a new resident to the area, I loved being asked if I was interested in services "while they we in the neighborhood". Allissa, the technician, was professional, friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend.
I have nothing but great things to say about Proof pest control . Andrew came out to inspect our porch where bees have made a nest . He was completely honest with our issue . I would most definitely recommend Proof pest control!
Ian has been great to work with from a sales/agreement standpoint and Jeffary came out today to provide pest control and was super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
