Communication is always good and they provide free reservice if needed. Brent always takes care of the issue and treats the property with respect.

Brandon done an Amazing job explaining the treatment plan and how all this would work with my current pest issue. He also assured me that he would do random checks for any rodent activity. I’m grateful to have him assist with this issue and hope it be resolved soon!

Have a big wasp problem on our back deck. Andrea from Proof came out right away. She laid out everything she was going to do and was very friendly and professional!

This was my first time using pest control because of a reoccurring bee issue. Nick who helped us out was super friendly, and he removed the hornet's nest with no issues in addition to spraying the interior and exterioror our home. On Friday, May 12, 2023, Andrea came to my home for pest control. She was very professional, courteous, and friendly. She did a great job, and I would highly recommend Proof and Andrea specifically.

Initially Dylan did not perform his full duties. Today Jeffary did a complete service and wasp removal. Donald (management) was very apologetic for initial poor service.

Donald was very thorough and meticulous. Best of all, he successfully solved our problem.

Alicia Oswalt provided our first treatment from Proof today. She was very thorough and polite. Very hard worker. We were so impressed with the time she spent making sure she covered all of our "problem" areas. Very impressed!
