We always have a general service done every quarter. Neil Moore-116 is always our guy who comes out; he’s such a friendly guy and does the job! He always double checks to make sure we haven’t had any other issues, inside or outside, since the last service date. And he gets every nook and corner to make sure nothing gets in or around the house 😊

Michael Butler thoroughly sprayed all around the outside of the house. Today I also asked for service inside for spiders in the basement. He happily put socks over his shoes, admired my Lego, did the work and finished the work without disturbing me while I worked.

Michael B. was great as our service tech! He kept communication as to when he'd come by and everything, and upon arrival he told me everything he'd be doing. He double checked if we had any major problem areas and was just overall very thorough with his visit.

I had spring maintenance done in my home for ants, spiders, and centipedes, and Ophido was absolutely wonderful! He sprayed absolutely everywhere I asked him to (my house is very old and has many places where bugs can get in), was efficient, and arrived quicker than the expected wait time. I would love for him to be my maintenance person every time!

I was skeptical at first but these folks are pretty good. They customize their approach for your specific problems and environment. The people they send out know their stuff and are very considerate. UPDATE 2026feb: Still happy w them but they are expensive so I pause the service during winter.

The name of the company says it all. Todd did an excellent job replacing our old traps and educating me on how to use the new additions. Kristen Roy explained the process and Materials to be used. She did a great job treating all the necessary areas. I am a results person and I will monitor the effect of the applications to make sure it is effective.

They didn't complete the services - only the interior in the first month, and only the exterior during the second month even though our contract was for both interior & exterior treatment every month. I cancelled our services - didn't want to keep paying for nothing... Something seems suspicious about this company.
