Well informed team of Najim and Tim. Gave me lots of information - needed hard sell but listened to my issues and made recommendations. My daughter uses this company. She has been very satisfied and she lives an hour from me in a more rural area and has had different needs- hornet nests- ladybugs in house/ bees in basement.
