Flood clean up was handled by Nick and a couple of other guys. First of all, they were so respectful to me and of my home. Did an outstanding job and communicated with my insurance company. Took lots of stress off my shoulders.
Excellent experience all around! After we had water damage from a dishwasher leak, Property Plus handled everything from the cleanup and drying to the restoration work. Brad and his crew helped us navigate the entire process, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Highly recommended!
Their services came highly recommended and I was very pleased with the job they did on restoring my living room after discovering extensive water and mold damage. Their communication and reassurance throughout the process let me know they wanted our home to be clean and mold free. They were knowledgeable and also…
Property Plus was recommended to us when we noticed a bad dishwasher leak. They came out very quickly on a Sunday afternoon to diagnose the issue and begin a solution. All the people we communicated with during the tear out phase and rebuild phase were great to deal with. Friendly and respectful people along with great ending results.
Property Plus was nothing short of amazing during the time out of our house with Helene- through 9 months of our house being renovated, they were supportive and eager to help us any way they could. We sincerely appreciate Brent, Brad, Dave, Danny, and all the other employees that had part in salvaging our…
I called about finding mold and dampness in my downstairs bathroom vanity. Danny came out the next day, and was so nice and personable. He removed what was needed and left dryers and dehumidifiers so everything could be dry before we replaced anything. We had to wait on a plumber to fix the leak, and they even left…
Amazing service professional from beginning to end. Went above and beyond my expectations. Took time to explain - in language a senior lady could understand.
Very stressful situation until their employees arrived. Somehow the put my mind and confidence at ease. Danny Acevedo and Debbie Lopez where tops in my mental stability not to discount the other crew members chad Travis Jim and James they were wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company
Evan and Danny are very professional and courteous guys, they worked diligently on our property. I highly recommend them
We were shopping around for a company who would take care of this mold under our kitchen and master sink. We tried a different company at first and were quite nervous with what needed to be done, the person didn't seem to even want to get the work done. After that, we decided to reach out to Property Plus and the…
Property plus was very responsive in my needs for our clean up. They explained the process clearly & helped me in communicating with our insurance company so the work could get done quickly & correctly. Danny & Evan did a great job removing damaged property & left my home clean in the process. Danny removed the…
Can’t say enough good things about the prompt, professional, and courteous folks at Property Plus. After a terrible experience with another franchise-run water damage company in the area, this was just the opposite. Danny and the rest of the staff did an amazing job!
We recently worked with Property Plus and had the best experience! Danny was with us from start to finish and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. Very happy with Danny and Property Plus. Absolutely recommend them!
I want to give a shout out to Property Plus for their above and beyond help initially with my severe flood damage, and later with the detailed care they gave to the pack out of my condo, storage and then moving my contents back in. It was a large project and so many people were involved who all gave their genuine…
We had water damage from a dishwasher overflow, Property Plus responded promptly, their representative, Danny, was very professional, and they communicated consistently throughout the entire process. Truly a great experience, thank you!
