I had an awful experience with office personnel named Alex, he was aggressive and insulting. He claimed I had an unpaid invoice from two years ago. It was one monthly payment of $40. I had provided as much documentation as I could proving that all payments were made and on automatic withdrawal. He argued relentlessly, texting and calling me multiple times while I was at work, threatening to cancel my service. Extremely unprofessional and offensive. I never had a problem with this company prior to this incident. His original concern was $40, which I proved was paid, then he claimed there was another $120 which I also proved was paid. I’ve never had a problem with service or equipment, just his harassment.

It was a 120 due to a declined credit card on autopay . Undortunatley he no longer works here and the money is still due .

At first I honestly had high hopes for this company after reading the reviews and after the previous owner of my home had said about their service. So I called and had a technician come out to inspect what was left from the previous owner and so they can quote me on a few things that were missing that I personally wanted in my new home. After he had left; he told me he’d send me over a quote with what he recommended plus activation but after 2 weeks and numerous phone calls the only response I received was “we’ll look into it and let you know” or “I’ll take a message so they can know to contact you”. Today after the 5-6th time I called I finally got through to someone who was able to tell me that the information they had for me was incorrect which was why I never received a quote or response and after correcting all of it the person on the other end of the phone at first was polite and did answer my questions but it did seem like she wanted to cut the call short and hung up on me before I could finish asking her some questions and even after calling back she cut the call short again and hung up on me. To me it was a very unprofessional experience and a pain to get simple questions answered. Honestly after all the headache, I would not recommend

Maintaining perfect reviews in this day and age is a difficult task . I was the tech that came out on site to review your existing equipment . I wish you were there to meet me for the initial appointment as I was sent on site to manage all your questions in person. Based on our review of the calls our receptionist did her best she could to answer all your questions about your quote . If you wish to rectify the situation please feel free to reach out and ask for me .
