This studio was so welcoming! Everyone inside was kind. There were no mirrors which made me feel super comfortable and focus more on my body. I will be back next time I’m in town!!

I have taken classes with both Celeste and Edana, both wonderful teachers! I love the Saturday morning Sweat to Sound classes (hot pilates + sound bath). It's the perfect combo - I get my butt kicked with a good workout and then get to relax and breathe to the sound bath to set my intentions for the day.

Celeste and her team of teachers do an incredible job creating an inclusive community and providing a supportive environment for students to practice.

As a bigger girly, it means so much to have a place where I can work out and feel included instead of judged. If you’ve been nervous about trying a class or starting your fitness journey, this is such a safe and encouraging space for everybody. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. I truly enjoy coming in and the classes I've taken I've loved. My only issue honestly is the availability of classes when I'm not working, but I know that's a very hard thing for new studio to have.

Protea Movement Studio absolutely delivered the perfect reset. I took Sweat (Hot Pilates) to Sound with Edana Roberts, and it was one of the most balanced, intentional classes I’ve experienced. The first half pushed me exactly how I like to be pushed. Focused core work, steady intensity, and that deep, earned heat that makes you feel strong and alive. It was challenging without being chaotic. Every movement had purpose. The transition into restoration with sound bowls was seamless. The shift from effort to surrender felt deliberate and powerful. After building heat and fatigue, melting into the sound immersion allowed everything to integrate. It was not just relaxing. It felt recalibrating. Edana holds the room with calm confidence. Clear cues, grounded energy, and a presence that makes you want to lean in and work harder, then fully let go. If you want a class that strengthens your body and resets your nervous system, this is it. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this studio! Not only is it beautiful and intimate, but Celeste and all the facilitators here are so sweet. I took a yoga class with Deb and it was so nourishing. Come check them out!
