What do you need done?

This company has top notch customer service. Always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have the AC maintenance plan and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. It’s hard to trust companies these days especially when I have had a bad experience with one of the largest AC companies in the area.…

Great service. Will use in the future and recommend to others.TJ is the best!!

Technicians showed up on time and did an excellent job servicing my A/C unit

Protek solutions has been keeping our AC units running in top form and they also did a good job replacing the roof in 2021. The quality of their workmanship was confirmed by two roof inspections post hurricane Milton.

Renewed my A/C Service Agreement with Protek. Tech TJ DiPaula Just completed the maintenance. Another 5 STAR review for TJ and Protek. TJ was courteous and efficient. At completion TJ explained to me what was done and why and provided photos of the work done. What a pleasure doing business with true…

I've burned through some A/C folks in my day, since I've lived here for 40 years, but Protek is the best. They educate you on your A/C maintenance needs without pressuring you to do something immediately or without trying to "spell" unnecessarily. Each technician they send out is knowledgeable, professional, and…

Always on time, always honest, and straightforward with what they are doing!

Always great service, renew the year service.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They repaired our roof after storm damage. Our AC went out in the evening and we called their 24hr service center. We chose not to do emergency services, but they were still able to make it to us the next day at 10am. They fixed our AC in less than an hour. They are very…

TJ was awesome - arrived quick and was able to maneuver my finicky attack access to complete the job as well as give me a tutus of other components. Thanks TJ for a job well done. And thanks Heather for a quick response to getting me a tech onsite while I could be available.

Tyler is one of the best. He’s always prompt. Very helpful with explaining what I could do to help my AC system. Thanks Tyler and Protek for always providing excellent service.

Thanks to Josh Bello for helping with maintenance of air condition unit. Very honest , friendly and courteous and I didn’t feel like I got the run around like other companies do. Totally recommend this company!

UPDATE: Turns out our ac was even worse than we thought. I just can't recommend them enough. they were in and out in 8 hours with a full test and everything set up for county inspection and scheduled the inspection for us. PLEASE save the effort and use Tyler and his crew! Tyler was phenomenal, dealt with my…

Both technicians were on time and got right to work. Explained everything they were doing and got our AC up and running quickly! Highly recommend.

Tyler was fantastic. He figured out the problem, and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. We heard about Protek from a friend, and she was so right.

They replaced my whole house central air and thermostat in 5 hours . They were very professional and cleaned up the job site inside and out . Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for . I would give them a 10 out of 10 . Chandler is an asset to their company.

The people at Protek are responsible, reliable, and ready to tackle whatever problem you may have. Their administration made my problems go away seamlessly. Will definitely be using them again for any of my roof or AC problems.

He was very nice professional and clean up after. Put everything back. My AC is working great now

Did a fantastic job and very personable

Tyler arrived and got to work quickly, diagnosing the problem and repairing it
