Excellent work. On time and delivers the product well. He is also a very good sales person.
Honest & Integrity. This company was transparent and very professional from my initial request for a quote. 16 ducts cleaned in our home in South Tampa. The ProTek team did a great job and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
Aaron is a great tech. Very thorough and professional.
Very professional and courteous
TJ was such a breath of fresh air compared to the typical “order takers” that show up. I was having some issues with my AC, and TJ not only arrived on time but also gave me a heads-up before coming. He took the time to walk me through everything — showing me the unit, explaining the issues, and even recommending a…
I cannot recommend this company enough! They repaired our roof after storm damage. Our AC went out in the evening and we called their 24hr service center. We chose not to do emergency services, but they were still able to make it to us the next day at 10am. They fixed our AC in less than an hour. They are very…
Chandler has service my A.C several times. He is very informative, professional and friendly. I have not had one bad experience with this company, highly recommend.
UPDATE: Turns out our ac was even worse than we thought. I just can't recommend them enough. they were in and out in 8 hours with a full test and everything set up for county inspection and scheduled the inspection for us. PLEASE save the effort and use Tyler and his crew! Tyler was phenomenal, dealt with my…
Good job on my a/c maintenance!
They replaced my whole house central air and thermostat in 5 hours . They were very professional and cleaned up the job site inside and out . Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for . I would give them a 10 out of 10 . Chandler is an asset to their company.
Very professional! And love my salesman ian towson
I've had the pleasure of knowing the owners of PROTEK for quite some time, and I must say that these individuals operate on an entirely different level. It's genuinely challenging to put into words the extent to which they are dedicated to achieving results. In a nutshell, I returned home today with my 18-month-old…
ProTek did a great job on my AC unit, just in time before the brutal Summer heat. The techs were on time, courteous and knowledgeable.
Very great friendly company. Willing to listen and help with the things you need for your home!
Quality service every time with professional employees!
I have known the owner for over 29 years
Just popped into headquarters and it is such a neat spot with incredibly friendly employees. ProTek communicates well and does a quality job!
I highly recommend this company. They came out for free for roof damage due to storm and they were also local and very professional!!
Protek came out to install a new AC unit in our house, they were professional and on time. They installed our unit in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
Excellent work! Great team onboard and super professional, this team goes above & beyond. Highly recommend
Great company. Would highly suggest them for all of your home needs they’ll get you right
We had a roof installed by Protek. They were top notch! Tito and his crew did a great job and kept us informed along the way. Everyone was professional, polite and left the premises clean. The price was as quoted with no additional charges. The roof looks great. An HVAC maintenance check and driveway pressure wash…
Jacob told me what I needed to know, what he cou ok d, and the price. No negations. I like that
They don't follow through with what they say and Heather is the rudested person I've ever spoken with in customer service.
I called Protek and spoke with Heather about my AC that was in need of repair. She sent Jacob out and he assessed the problem and gave me estimates. We agreed on a price and he sent out his technicians, Tyler, Sachin, Charlie and Angel. They were all very professional and work extremely hard for 2 days. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
