TJ was such a breath of fresh air compared to the typical “order takers” that show up. I was having some issues with my AC, and TJ not only arrived on time but also gave me a heads-up before coming. He took the time to walk me through everything — showing me the unit, explaining the issues, and even recommending a…

Sachin and his coworker were very professional when they showed up promptly at the scheduled time to do the repairs they needed to do. They even helped me move my garbage cans to the curb because I was on crutches at the time so that was some great customer service I’m grateful for!

Tyler went out of his way to provide excellent service, doing things that other companies don't do like cleaning our A/C vents from the inside going out, to vacuuming our drain pipe, and inspecting our air handler in the attic. Very knowledgeable and professional.
I called Protek and spoke with Heather about my AC that was in need of repair. She sent Jacob out and he assessed the problem and gave me estimates. We agreed on a price and he sent out his technicians, Tyler, Sachin, Charlie and Angel. They were all very professional and work extremely hard for 2 days. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
