Protek Roofing & Solar

This company has top notch customer service. Always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have the AC maintenance plan and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. It’s hard to trust companies these days especially when I have had a bad experience with one of the largest AC companies in the area.…

Protek solutions has been keeping our AC units running in top form and they also did a good job replacing the roof in 2021. The quality of their workmanship was confirmed by two roof inspections post hurricane Milton.

Renewed my A/C Service Agreement with Protek. Tech TJ DiPaula Just completed the maintenance. Another 5 STAR review for TJ and Protek. TJ was courteous and efficient. At completion TJ explained to me what was done and why and provided photos of the work done. What a pleasure doing business with true…

I've burned through some A/C folks in my day, since I've lived here for 40 years, but Protek is the best. They educate you on your A/C maintenance needs without pressuring you to do something immediately or without trying to "spell" unnecessarily. TJ was awesome - arrived quick and was able to maneuver my finicky attack access to complete the job as well as give me a tutus of other components. Thanks TJ for a job well done. And thanks Heather for a quick response to getting me a tech onsite while I could be available.

Tyler is one of the best. He’s always prompt. Very helpful with explaining what I could do to help my AC system. Thanks Tyler and Protek for always providing excellent service.

Thanks to Josh Bello for helping with maintenance of air condition unit. Very honest , friendly and courteous and I didn’t feel like I got the run around like other companies do. Totally recommend this company!

UPDATE: Turns out our ac was even worse than we thought. I just can't recommend them enough. they were in and out in 8 hours with a full test and everything set up for county inspection and scheduled the inspection for us. PLEASE save the effort and use Tyler and his crew! Tyler was phenomenal, dealt with my…
