I've burned through some A/C folks in my day, since I've lived here for 40 years, but Protek is the best. They educate you on your A/C maintenance needs without pressuring you to do something immediately or without trying to "spell" unnecessarily. Each technician they send out is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They repaired our roof after storm damage. Our AC went out in the evening and we called their 24hr service center. Tyler was fantastic. He figured out the problem, and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. We heard about Protek from a friend, and she was so right.
They replaced my whole house central air and thermostat in 5 hours . They were very professional and cleaned up the job site inside and out . Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for . I would give them a 10 out of 10 . Chandler is an asset to their company.

Two guys came out and did a great job ! The company itself is great they send text reminders and emails for your appointment and overall a great business! I found them on Google when I first use them and I wouldn’t use anyone else
They reached out to clear up a misunderstanding and missed diagnosis from a second opinion. Very understanding and did whatever they could to make my messy situation right. They look in places others don't to save you grief down the road before a small issue becomes a bigger issue.

Mr. Ysasi came out to our home and repaired our unit when we thought it was doomed. During hard economic times, he was able to suggest a part replacement and saved us. Our unit is old and we know who to call when it finally “kicks the bucket”. It’s Florida, you need a good AC guy you can trust.
