Awesome experience.
After undergoing nerve oblation and pain medicine injections, the Stem Cell injections were a breeze, even without laughing gas that was offered. I would recommend PRP Regeneration Specialist to anyone experiencing chronic pain that wants to resolve the problem instead of temporarily masking it.
I received an injection in my left achillies tendon, after about 14 days I got tremendous relief after being in excruciating pain for 8 months. I had been to a foot and ankle specialist 3 times and did 6 weeks of physical therapy, with no relief. Wendy is a God send!
Every one in this practice is amazing! Genuinely happy to help you and take care of you. Walking in to family not some stuffy office where people collect a paycheck. Have been with PRP for years and they have helped with so many things but the best thing is they care about you and your wellbeing

Sharing praises for Wendy Wiggs and her staff at PRP Regenerative Specialists! I just got back from hiking the pilgrimage Camino de Santiago Compostela in Spain- The Frances route. Prior to my adventure I received a "HydroKarma" injection to reduce pain from wearing a backpack and just expected everyday strain. I am happy to say that I actually had Zero pain! My husband and I met with Wendy to discuss my pain and what, if any, she might be able to help me with- to avoid a shoulder surgery before our walk. She was very patient and complete with her discussion as to my options. She followed up her care with a phone call, and some texts to be sure I was receiving results and felt up to the task of our 30+ walk. I will be happy to always recommend Wendy's excellent care! Having had a previous surgical proceedure from another doctor in Miami, I was apprehensive as to whether this treatment at PRP would be effective, but I have to say, 3 months later and my elbow is 85% better than it was before. I was having constant pain, movement restrictions, it was disturbing my sleep and I was taking painkillers on a daily basis but now, following treatment from Dr Wiggs clinic and some follow up therapy, I haven't felt any more pain, stopped taking any painkillers, sleep much much better and now I am able to get back to my hobbies that I had put on hold for multiple years. I had HydroKarma injections in my left elbow, Indiba radio-frequency treatments x 4, Focused shockwave x 3 treatments, Magnetolith x 2 treatments and it was very effective. I would highly recommend PRP Regeneration Specialists in Gainseville and Dr. Wendy Wiggs and her team. Excellent work and reasonably priced too! Thank you for helping me get back to a pain free life!
