PSH Floorcare

PSH cleaned an oriental rug and some carpet that had pet urine. They willingly came back for a second application on the carpet. I am very satisfied with the results. They were prompt and very pleasant. I will call them next time I need rug/carpet cleaning services.

I had a very pleasant experience with the PSH person who came to clean my rug. He was polite and efficient and respectful of my furniture. I would recommend them to anyone needing to have furnishings or floors cleaned.

Frank at PSH was amazing! I had the best experience. He showed me around the shop and thoroughly explained their process and equipment. Frank is very passionate about what he does and it shows. My 80 year old Persian rug came out looking better than I ever expected. Will always use PSH from now on.

PSH has a great team. I’ve bought several vintage wool rugs and runners and always bring them here so they come out looking their best ~ clean and with vibrant colors. They also sell anti-slip mats that work great under the rugs. Their location is conveniently on Summer, near an excellent food truck and other… Read full review

Great service. Great cleaning. Rug looks new. Flat out looked dirty with sheet rock crud when PSH picked it up. Great job. Great people.

Frank and his staff are truly the best! They are the only company in Memphis that can get my pet stains out of my oriental rugs! Frank and his staff always show up on time, communicate well, and are friendly! Dont use anyone else!

PSH was professional and responsive to our needs. We were very happy with the results of our area rugs being cleaned. We definitely noticed the difference in the rugs. We also appreciate the pick up and dropoff they provide and was reasonably priced. We would recommend them for you rug cleaning.

I have to admit, with all the 5 star reviews - we must have caught this company on an off day. It's true the pickup and delivery is excellent, and that's about it. 10x13 new wool rug cost $700 to clean 2 fresh pet stains and have the rug scotch guarded. The stains are no worse or better. We had already removed the… Read full review

Love this company. Family owned with superior customer service and quality! Most importantly, they do what they say they are going to do with no surprises.

They did a great job on cleaning and restoring a rug that was left in a rent house. They restored the rug and removed the pet odor and stains that were left in there for who knows how long. The rug is now back to being able to be used without having to use a face mask to be in the same room. I highly recommend… Read full review
