PSH cleaned an oriental rug and some carpet that had pet urine. They willingly came back for a second application on the carpet. I am very satisfied with the results. They were prompt and very pleasant. I will call them next time I need rug/carpet cleaning services.
Frank at PSH was amazing! I had the best experience. He showed me around the shop and thoroughly explained their process and equipment. Frank is very passionate about what he does and it shows. My 80 year old Persian rug came out looking better than I ever expected. Will always use PSH from now on.
PSH was very responsive, professional, and timely. They did great work, and our carpet looks so fresh. We would highly recommend them!

Frank and his staff are truly the best! They are the only company in Memphis that can get my pet stains out of my oriental rugs! Frank and his staff always show up on time, communicate well, and are friendly! Dont use anyone else!
I have used PSH for years to clean both carpets and rugs. They recently cleaned my rug that was heavily stained by pet accidents. They did an excellent job. Stains and odor are gone!! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
I was about to bid adieu to my favorite vintage wool area rug after my two senior dogs had some accidents on it. Enter Kandice and Frank! Kandice, who is as sweet as they come, walked me through options and I went for a cleaning with added protection for any future incidents. Frank, who is likewise awesome, picked…

PSH was professional and responsive to our needs. We were very happy with the results of our area rugs being cleaned. We definitely noticed the difference in the rugs. We also appreciate the pick up and dropoff they provide and was reasonably priced. We would recommend them for you rug cleaning.
I have to admit, with all the 5 star reviews - we must have caught this company on an off day. It's true the pickup and delivery is excellent, and that's about it. 10x13 new wool rug cost $700 to clean 2 fresh pet stains and have the rug scotch guarded. The stains are no worse or better. We had already removed the…
PSH Cleaning Service has been cleaning our carpet since 2017 when we got new carpeting. They were recommended to us by an employee of Kiser Flooring. They have never disappointed us. They always do a thorough job in a prompt and professional manner. Felipe Opazo is the best!!
PSH did a great job. Got all the "stains' out from pet stains to kid accidents. We will ceartinaly use PSH again!
They did a great job on cleaning and restoring a rug that was left in a rent house. They restored the rug and removed the pet odor and stains that were left in there for who knows how long. The rug is now back to being able to be used without having to use a face mask to be in the same room. I highly recommend…
