Reviewers of Puget Sound Moving highlight punctual arrivals, efficient crews, and careful handling of furniture during local and cross-county moves. Positive feedback frequently cites clear communication, accurate billing based on estimates, and professional coordination from office staff. However, several low-star reviews report last-minute cancellations without contingency plans, disputes over damaged property claims, and instances where final charges exceeded the initial quote.

On time, professional, very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service and communication.
They cancelled the DAY BEFORE I needed to move out of my apartment (my lease is up). I booked them 6 weeks ago. Their driver had a medical emergency today, and I’m so sorry for their driver, but they had no contingency plan. They cancelled and left me hanging. I had to scramble and call other companies at 3pm the day before I need to move.
