Kevin always provides exceptional service!
The technician was very thorough and polite
William shows up as scheduled, services outside house so I don’t interact with him. PURCOR is great to come back if I see spiders or ants or other unwanted small creatures,
Came out quickly, with professional service both on the phone and in person.
Service was on time this month. However, my technician doesn’t spend a great deal of time at my home and has stopped doing a sweep of eaves and around doors for cobwebs and such. This used to be included. Maybe it’s not anymore?
Joseph was kind and professional.
Personable, efficient and expedient guy. Solved my ant problem in short order.
John was detailed and tried extra hard to find where ants were coming from. Nice guy!
I've had service with Purcor for years, except for a stretch where I was laid off and had to cancel service. Michael did a great job as SpiderMan yesterday. Got rid of a lot of the spiderwebs and feel like he took the time to address my concerns.
Robert called to let me know when he was coming and showed up on time. We have not had any pest problems
Always gives me a call before he enters the property.

Purcor has given us excellent customer service.
Nice Representative. Easy and fast and affordable. Great Customer Service Skills
Purcor sent Joseph to spray for ants, spiders, etc. I'm disabled and couldn't move the furniture, but Joseph didn't let that stop him. He sprayed in areas hard to reach. Joseph is a fine tech. He deserves kudos for his kindness, hard work, determination.
I gave 5 stars as Rafael’s first time to property was thorough, listened well , polite and made up for the over hefty over charges which resulted in the cancellation of this services . Viola in corporate listened to my complaints & immediately reinstated my account at reasonable fee and credited our account for many months !
This was formerly Hayward pest, but is now Purcor. I've been using them for a few years now for regular pest control and they seem to do an effective job. They always call ahead and are very considerate when coming on your property.
Always excellent service
Robert is great!
