Incredible fitness experience. I’d like to give a shoutout to the instructor Ashley Rae. I am in my beginner stages of yoga and she was a fantastic teacher. She met me where I was but didn’t let me off easy. Challenged and pushed me at the right times and I left her class better at yoga than I was before. I highly recommend this studio.

Probably my favorite bikram studios and studio owners in the world, world class teachers, and professionalism. Mardy and Jeff are a blessing to the Bikram yoga community.

This is an absolutely perfect place to practice yoga. The instructors/staff are fantastic, they're thoughtful, they care, and they live what they teach. You should always practice at your own pace, but the instructors guide and encourage you to find more.

I signed up for the new student rate which allowed me to try a variety of classes for 3 weeks. The instructors were all very engaged and great about supporting with corrections. I had taken some time off from working out so I was a bit nervous to jump back in. The instructors and other students made me feel comfortable and encouraged at Pure!

Pure Yoga is my happy place, it’s a kick-ass workout plus I leave there feeling emotionally regulated. Everything from the heat to the incredible instructors, this yoga studio is amazing. When I leave my hot yoga class I feel an incredible high from within me. Absolutely love this place. It’s all really helped me loose the excess baby weight.

Very happy I found this place! Thank you Sam for a great class and helping me when I fell faint! I really appreciate her care and customer service I will for sure come back here but will also take classes anywhere Sam teaches as well.
Steph's Best: Fitness Edition!
A beautiful oasis just West of downtown led by wife-and-husband team MARDY and JEFF, who trained with Bikram. This style of practice is fiery and disciplined - shapes that will stimulate & challenge practiced yogis, but intense heat requires strong breath work & focus. An inner sanctuary has a bright skylight opening to a wood-paneled courtyard perfect for a cool shower, gazing at trees, journaling, meditation. Upstairs the TREE HOUSE has a much larger space with expanded class offerings (and sometimes guest programs - LILY SHEPARD has danced here!). It’s clean, serene, and suited for elevated practice.
Now for the DL - I keep coming back for ASHLEY RAE’s classes. Usually I know better than to bounce into a 90-minute HOT house yoga after some time away, but this is a JUST DO IT kind of moment. That’s what you have to do - commit & go, listen to the cues & thank your body later. MY MIND on the other hand is saying THIS IS HOT, I CANNOT. One flickering thought shows up as imbalance, then can I practice humility, lightheartedness, curiosity? KEEP GOING. Thank ever-loving good God there are other people in this room who seem to follow the same order - move now, think later. At the end I’m beyond the boundary, surprised at strength I didn’t know I had, completely rejuvenated, and even in the summer, it’s cool outside.
LIVIA has a similar vibe, but her metronome-like voice keeps me focused and relaxed while moving through a heated 90 with a peaceful center. BETH leads with a soothing, encouraging chant that helps me find balance between effort & ease.
There’s a powerful sense of community bonding experiences such as these, but the studio also offers $75 DEXA & $99 VO2 MAX assessments to get all your stats aligned while you purify.

Thank you, Chris for your wonderful review. Our “Pure Way” is to meet people where they are in their practice but still challenge them. Happy you enjoyed the experience with Ashley Rae!
