Customers frequently cite reasonable pricing, clear communication, and friendly service when describing their experiences with muffler replacements, exhaust repairs, and suspension work. The shop is noted for accommodating Sunday appointments and explaining repair options in detail. Two low-star reviews criticize the quality of specific mechanical repairs, alleging that suspension and clutch work was not completed properly and required multiple return visits, while another complaint mentions a refusal to perform timing services.

Its not just exhaust and mufflers, They were able to do control arms and sway bar links for a Si 8th gen. Good communication and price was good as well. Car drives allot better. I think the guys name was dany but the whole team that works there is great.
I went to Quality Auto Repair & Mufflers to replace a few gaskets that were leaking on my truck. Luckily, they're open Sunday's which is what brought me to them. They were able to replace one gasket that day, but couldn't replace the donut gaskets due to the nuts on the flanges not breaking free. Instead of just breaking the studs off the manifold, he had me soak the nuts for a week and he was able to replace the gaskets. They are very knowledgeable about how to handle stubborn nuts and bolts, which is appreciated and very friendly people. They also touched up the welds that a previous exhaust shop butchered and fully sealed the exhaust system. I will definitely do business here in the future and recommend them!
