Called about minor roof leak and left message on answering service. A nice person called me back a few hours later and verified my information, and said someone would call me to set up an inspection. Inspector Zach Primm called me shortly afterwards and set up an inspection the next morning. He came by, I told him…
We dealt with an insurance claim generated by the Jan 2026 ice storm damage. Franklin was recommended to us by a friend and he didn’t disappoint! He and Emma were extremely knowledgeable regarding maneuvering an insurance claim and dealing with a stingy insurance company. Franklin’s calm demeanor did wonders for…
Zach was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Highly recommend!

Matt Miller with Quality Exteriors in Franklin did some repairs on my roof last week. I absolutely will be recommending them to friends and family and others. They were very professional and did exactly what I asked and needed of them. The crew was very efficient and I love their work. Thank you Quality Exteriors!
Quality Exteriors put on my roof back in 2016 (nice upgrade by the way). I had to have someone come take a look at something due to the recent storms. Tony fit us into his busy schedule, took a look at things, and made sure things were as they should be. I appreciate him and QE. I highly recommend for your next…

After sustaining damage to our roof during an ice storm in January of 2026, we contacted several roofing companies to interview contractors for the job of repairing the damage. Franklin Hammond at Quality Exteriors stood out to us for the knowledge he possessed in regard to roofing but especially his expertise with…
Let me start by sharing a little bit about my husband! He is very particular, and when it comes to him not doing something himself, it’s hard to meet his expectation! Quality Exteriors not only did that, but he’s telling everyone about their work. Trust me, that’s hard to do! If he’s happy, I’m happy 😊 From a…
Justin and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. From initial contact to job completion, they showed my wife and I excellent communication, very fair pricing, and most importantly quality craftsmanship in their work. I will be calling them back if anything comes up, recommend 10/10!! Thank you…
We highly recommend Quality Exteriors. They repaired our home after a high wind storm damaged our roof, siding, windows, deck and fencing. They are now restoring our daughter's home after a devastating fire and doing an excellent job of coordinating with my daughter and the insurance company.
After checking out multiple roofing companies in Middle Tennessee, I went with Quality Exteriors based on multiple recommendations by others for my roof inspection and repairs—and I’m thrilled I did. From the first call, their customer service was top-notch: responsive, professional, and super helpful with all my…
