Called about minor roof leak and left message on answering service. A nice person called me back a few hours later and verified my information, and said someone would call me to set up an inspection. Inspector Zach Primm called me shortly afterwards and set up an inspection the next morning. He came by, I told him…
We dealt with an insurance claim generated by the Jan 2026 ice storm damage. Franklin was recommended to us by a friend and he didn’t disappoint! Matt Miller with Quality Exteriors in Franklin did some repairs on my roof last week. I absolutely will be recommending them to friends and family and others. Quality Exteriors put on my roof back in 2016 (nice upgrade by the way). I had to have someone come take a look at something due to the recent storms. Tony fit us into his busy schedule, took a look at things, and made sure things were as they should be. I appreciate him and QE. I highly recommend for your next roof, etc.

After sustaining damage to our roof during an ice storm in January of 2026, we contacted several roofing companies to interview contractors for the job of repairing the damage. Let me start by sharing a little bit about my husband! He is very particular, and when it comes to him not doing something himself, it’s hard to meet his expectation! Quality Exteriors not only did that, but he’s telling everyone about their work. Trust me, that’s hard to do! If he’s happy, I’m happy 😊 From a…
Justin and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. We highly recommend Quality Exteriors. They repaired our home after a high wind storm damaged our roof, siding, windows, deck and fencing. They are now restoring our daughter's home after a devastating fire and doing an excellent job of coordinating with my daughter and the insurance company.

Emma did a great job. She was very polite and knowledgeable.
These guys came to fix what the previous local company who did the whole roof replacement would not. The did a great job analyzing the issue and found the leak. They went above and beyond. Afterwards, they followed up after a heavy rain to be sure the roof leak was done right and water intrusion was no longer an…
They were great to work with and did a fantastic job.
Terrible all the way around. Our roof started leaking. These folks were recommended by our insurance agent. First, we were told they’d be right out to tarp the roof. Never happened. No big deal because it was dry for a few days. Was told their crew came out while I was at work and all was fixed. Rains again this…
Very professional, great quality work, and performed on time.
Blake Pugh was very professional and knowledgeable of his domain of expertise. He set our mind at ease that we could trust him and what he shared.
