Is Quality Exteriors Roofing any good?

These guys came to fix what the previous local company who did the whole roof replacement would not. The did a great job analyzing the issue and found the leak. They went above and beyond. Afterwards, they followed up after a heavy rain to be sure the roof leak was done right and water intrusion was no longer an…

Great service, quality work.

So lucky to have gone with Quality Exteriors. Zack is absolutely amazing! He thoroughly oversaw my roof repair after hail damage and is quick to answer any questions even a year after installation. Plus he gives me good fishing tips ; ) Mikey and Creed did a great job following up on an inspection of small leak.…

Franklin Hammond is the man! He worked with us for almost a year as we went back and forth with insurance adjusters. Franklin ensured nothing was overlooked in order to repair storm damage to our home. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. We highly recommend Franklin Hammond and Qualiity Exteriors!!

Blake Pugh is the man for the job! Not only was he punctual but very respectful when entering my home and was very informative on what he was doing and took the time to look at everything I had questions about and more that I didn’t see! He also helped me with going through our insurance company and met with the…

Mikey, and his team showed up to do my inspection and we’re very clear and professional about all the work that was completed around my house. Very much appreciated!!

Jaime and his team at Quality Exteriors were great! Easy to work with and very communicative. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them.

Jaimie and his crew were awesome. My husband is very particular about his yard and the crew took very good care of shrubs and lawn and left nothing behind once job finished. We had trouble with insurance, but Jaime assisted our insurance agent and got us a new roof. Would definitely tell others about Quality…

I used Quality Exteriors in an insurance claim for my roof from some hail damage in early 2021. We ended up replacing all the shingles, about 3/5 of the cedar shakes (one side of the house was not damaged), flashing two chimneys, replacing front gutters, and adding rear gutters. Working between QE & my insurance…

Nashville has been a dream for me but the weather has done it’s fair share of keeping me on my toes. The past 2 years I have dealt with substantial damage to my roof and gutters and I expected the entire repair process to be a nightmare. Thankfully I had a friend recommend Jaime at Quality Exteriors and I’m so glad…

Quality Exteriors has been an absolute pleasure to work with! I contacted them initially to repair a section of my gutter that had fallen due to ice last winter. They promptly inspected the damage, gave me an estimate and I hired them to do the work. Their installation was excellent. Upon inspection of my gutters,…

Had the pleasure of dealing with Franklin Hammond. He made the entire process an actual pleasant experience. No stress, no surprises. went above and beyond just a shingle replacement. He even rust coated my chimney cap,(for a modest charge) redid my squirrel barrier, painted exposed trim piece.(no additional…

Blake Pugh was the best I've ever had to repair my house from damage I would request for him to come back if I have anything else for him to do thanks Blake for all your hard work and help to get it done

Blake with Quality Exteriors was a huge help and Godsend. He patiently guided us through the process of estimating storm damage and working on the claim with our insurance company. He worked hard to source the decorative material we wanted for our roof and quickly found a backup material when our first choice was…

This company has been very professional and honest since day 1. Blake has exceeded expectations and makes me feel like I'm his only client when I know I'm not. The crew that worked on our house were fast and precise. They worked extremely hard and were very respectful of our home.

They came out quicker than they originally said. Got the job done and left no mess. I was very happy with the job they did.

Quality Exteriors has been a top tier company to work with over the years. Communication is excellent, the quality of the work is superior and the customer service sets them apart. I will continue to work with them and would recommend them to anyone in need of their wide list of services.
