We had a great experience with Quality Exteriors. They were recommended to us by State Farm. The quality exteriors rep, Jaime, was superb. He guided us through many complications including getting insurance coverage, getting the roof work accelerated, and dealing with this while selling our house. Highly recommended.
Used QE to replace a damaged roof after a wind storm. Franklin Hammond responded immediately, met the insurance adjuster at my home and oversaw the installation of my new roof. He even picked a shingle that was the perfect match for my home. Highly recommend Franklin & QE for your roofing needs.
Our 16-year old roof suffered major damage from a wind storm in March 2023. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, we contacted Quality Exteriors. One of their reps, Jaime Westenbarger, came to inspect our roof the very next day. As expected, he advised we would need a new roof and said he would handle everything…

Terrible all the way around. Our roof started leaking. These folks were recommended by our insurance agent. First, we were told they’d be right out to tarp the roof. Never happened. No big deal because it was dry for a few days. Was told their crew came out while I was at work and all was fixed. Rains again this…
