Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tyler was helpful, honest and made sure we were completely satisfied with the new roof.
Great roofing company. Love my roof. Chuck Russell took care of everything for me. Scheduling the job, getting 2nd quote from my insurance when additional work needed to be done. Wonderful overall experience. I didn't have to worry about a thing.
My overall experience was GREAT! Chuck gave me the absolute best price with an outstanding product, the best warranty along with excellent communication throughout my roof replacement. The crew that installed my roof was outstanding! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of attention to detail from…
We had a great experience with Tyler and his team. They did an excellent job on our roof and left everything spotless afterward. Would definitely recommend!
Chuck did a great job helping us get our new roof. Highly recommend
Quality Exteriors did an outstanding job on my new roof. The work was completed in one day from removal, to replacement, to clean up! I was provided great service prior to installing, for planning the project and selecting shingle type plus soffits. All around great company providing professional and budget friendly exterior upgrades for homes!
I have used this company many times over many years on my residential and commercial properties! They are unmatched in the quality of their work and professionalism! I highly recommend them!!
Jason was the best! He was there from start to finish and made this a great experience. Highly recommend.
After sustaining damage to our roof during an ice storm in January of 2026, we contacted several roofing companies to interview contractors for the job of repairing the damage. After checking out multiple roofing companies in Middle Tennessee, I went with Quality Exteriors based on multiple recommendations by others for my roof inspection and repairs—and I’m thrilled I did. Quality Exteriors really came through for us on our roof replacement. Jack guided us the whole way and kept us well-informed. Couldn’t have asked for better help.
Being in real estate here for over 20 years, I’ve had experiences with just about every company. There’s no comparison with QE. They are honest about whether repairs are or aren’t needed, plus are diligent about helping the client pursue insurance coverage/ replacement if there’s been a recent storm. Chuck…
I want to give some appreciation to Bo Teague at Quality Exteriors. He has a calm way of explaining things, a respectful attitude, and a genuine kindness that truly stands out. He makes the whole experience feel smoother. Thanks so much, Bo!
Bo Teague has been a good friend of mine for a long time, and I send him referrals from my customers all the time. I have only always gotten raving remarks about his honesty and expertise. Definitely use him for any of your roofing needs!!
This company delivers a great product. Attention to detail (including supervisors on every job) separates them from other contractors in the area. Everett is super knowledgeable and gave us clear expectations
Everett at Quality Exteriors has helped us twice now with full roof repairs. We have been extremely happy and impressed with both the quality of the work as well as the communication, transparency, and professionalism of both experiences. Highly highly recommend.
I recently had our roof replaced by Quality Exteriors, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. We had 3 other bids and glad we chose Quality Exteriors. First and foremost, we have to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Everett. He…
Great personal interaction from the time requesting estimate through to completion. Doing a roof is a stressful time for a home owner but Jason made process easy. The team worked through heat and storm to get my roof done efficiently and it looks great! Thanks!!

Very professional and helpful. Helped us navigate dealing with insurance company. Made every aspect of the process easy. Follow up was done to make sure we were satisfied with job. Working with Zack Primm was above and beyond.
QE did my roof a year ago. I’m late with the review but life happened. I love my roof it looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and the communication was top notch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have nails protruding out everywhere in the attic. I don’t use my attic often so I didn’t notice…
Roofing issues? Quality Exteriors should be your go-to shop. Hands down, they provided one of the best customer service experiences ever. Everett Torpey was absolutely awesome. He did my inspection and returned to meet with my adjuster. The crew was on time (tip-top dot), worked diligently throughout the day, and…

I used Quality Exteriors to help with my roof project. Franklin was amazing to work with! He came to my house the same day i had a roofing issue, again to meet the adjuster and one more time during the replacement. The workmanship of the crew is impressive- they showed up on time, kept the work site neat and were…
“Quality” best describes the service. Roof installed in 2023. They did an outstanding job and communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process. Salesman Jaime walked us through every step and gave us excellent input on all our options. He put us at ease with the entire job. Our experience couldn’t have been better with Quality Exteriors.
I can’t say enough good things about Quality Exteriors. I was in need to a new roof after recent storm damage. Jaime Westenbarger was the Representative that showed up to access the damage. There was absolutely no pressure in Jaime’s approach. I met with multiple companies before choosing Quality, and without a…
