Mark was great. The whole experience was painless and simple. I really appreciate the conversation and casualness of everything. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, this is definitely the best auto shop I’ve been to. Good price and got it all done in a quick time. Come early in the day and they’ll get whatever you need done the same day!
Mark and Christian and their team show lots of dedication and are remarkable with the great service they provide..My mom was very happy when I told her. Her old Honda CRV is still going strong!
When Marks gone something is always wrong with my car and something always comes up missing from mt car. I think I’m done with Quality Tune ups because I don’t like to feel I’m being taking advantage of or someone stealing from me even if it was a lighter. I live nearby & decided to stop by to see if I could get an oil change. Mark was super friendly and attentive. I came mainly for the oil change but he made suggestions of other maintenances I needed to get done soon which I knew about but didn't try to pressure me into doing it right away. Instead he encouraged me…

I called around to compare prices, and even though this price was not the lowest, the level of service I received just on the telephone was enough to come in. As always excellent service. They took care of my oil change fast.
The owner (Mark) was so awesome. Went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of with the full oil change and found some safety issues with my tires and made sure the best care was taken. Had a loaner instead of having me wait to get service done
Mark and his team are not only honest they are fast and efficient. As a woman I trust when I take my car in I will not be over sold and charged what I don’t need

Great place to take your car. You feel like you are in good hands when you take your car there. Honest, friendly and trustworthy along with great customer service. As a female it’s hard to find a place where you feel like they’re being straight with you but Quality Tune Up gives you the confidence in what they’re saying and that means a lot.

Once again, Mark and the team got me back on the road. They performed an oil change and transmission flush. Mark was extremely personable and professional! He handed me a “Christmas rose” to take home🌹 & ensured my oil change was done in a timely manner! Highly recommend this spot!
The staff was great! Great service, friendly, professional. My only beef was the price. $152 for an oil change and smog and $100 for labor. The price of labor is quite high for the service but other than that no complaints
My visit was for an oil change. Mark was very attentive from my arrival till the service was complete. Would visit them again for future car services.

I've been going to this shop for my car maintenance for nearly 20 years. I am grateful to know I have a shop I can trust for my car care. Mark and Victor are mechanics I can trust; I highly recommend them.
Mark did a thorough job inspecting my vehicle, and was honest about what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. I will most definitely be returning when further repairs are needed.
I pulled right in & they got to work, checking with me before replacing filters. Rotated tires & checked brakes. I've been a satisfied customer here for over 10 years. Mark & his guys always greet me with a smile & listen to my concerns. Oh, and ladies receive a flower if they're in bloom!
I have been using Quality Tune Up Car Care Center for over 20 years. The owner, Mark, is honest and does quality work at a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their car serviced. He won't try to sell you a service that isn't needed.
Mark and company are always accommodating and always get the job done! Each time they take care of my cars, I never have an issue. I would highly recommend!
Great job. Done in short order time . Recommend.
Often when I go to a car repair shop my spidy since kicks in that they are trying to ripe me off. Sadly that happens more often then I want it to, but I have an older sports car that requires parts that typically are not stocked. They new that and didn’t try to push something they have just to get the car done and…
Mark and his team are excellent to work with.
Very fast service and very friendly staffs. I’ve been going to this place now for years. I highly recommend it.
This is the best place for you to keep your car in great condition, or bring it back to its best. They are very professional, efficient, and the treatment is fantastic. You will love this place.
The owner is always so friendly and kind. I love how professional and transparent they are - if I’ve ever needed an additional service based on their inspection, they show me the problem area in person and give me a full estimate. They also give me a time frame of when I should plan to get certain things done, that…
Mark is truly amazing! He's extraordinarily friendly, generous and a wonderful human being. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. He's very thorough and most of all he doesn't CHEAT!

I took my 2010 subaru outback on a cross country trip from CT to CA and back. They serviced my car and took a detailed look at it to make sure it was ready to get me back to CT safely.
