OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have used this company for more than four years now. I have used them personally in my homes and professionally for my clients' homes as closing gifts and to better market listings. In my opinion, the depth of cleaning that has been provided on two of my listings actually raised the value!…
Excellent job. Girls go above and beyond. Mary is wonderful and so accommodating.
They do a very good job!!!
The two cleaners were very conscientious and efficient during their three hours of deep cleaning here. They cleaned the entire house professionally and left everything in place as it was when they were finished. I recommend this business and these cleaners to others and look forward to using them again.
Great job! Very thorough. Spotless!
My experience with this company was EXCELLENT!! From the beginning to the end Mary, Maria and Kyle were professional ,extremely efficient, organized, communicative and just all around a pleasure to work with. I was embarrassed at how dirty my house was and Maria and Kyle NEVER let me feel ashamed or judged, they…
I have had biweekly cleanings from Queen Bee Cleaning for the last four years and have seen the company grow over this time due to their great customer service and professionalism. The cleaning is always very consistent even though the team changes to accommodate their varied schedules and routes. The staff are…
I am so happy with the deep clean that was done on my home! The women who performed the job were so professional and kind and went above and beyond my expectations. I am happy to be on a monthly cleaning schedule now
I would 100% recommend this service! As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect—and like many people, I tried to “pre-clean” before they arrived and felt a little nervous about what they might think. But from the moment they walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. CJ and Anthony were…
Sept 13, 2024. Queen Bee Cleaning!!! Stacy and Aria just left and our home (2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1,700 square foot, 2 story home) has never looked so clean. They did a deep-cleaning and we look forward to their biweekly cleaning.
Thank you so much, Mia and CJ from Queen Bee Cleaning! My house is sparkling clean from top to bottom. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our home look so amazing.
Very pleasant and hard working staff!! Always call if time is changed. House smells clean and looks GREAT!!! They even picked up the dog toys in the front yard and piled them up neatly in the garage!! Always happy staff! I have been using them for almost 2 years!!
The girls Mia & Nikayla (sp) were awesome my place looks great! Definitely use their services again!!
Stellar cleaning service! Very friendly personnel, flexible and reliable, and they always do a top notch cleaning. I highly recommend them! Been using them for several yeas and we love Queen Bee!
Would not recommend. Highly overpriced and when they were done, I had to go back and finish what they failed to do.
I am very pleased with the level of professionalism that the cleaners provide. Each one has done a great job cleaning my home. I appreciate all the work they do to keep my home looking so good,
I was very pleased with the cleaning crew that came to my home. First they were a little bit early (to me that's on time) and we walked through the house together, they thoroughly explained what they were going to achieve for me. We left to give them plenty of space and when we returned my home was cleaner than I…
We are impressed with the deep cleaning of our home. Three very hard working cleaners made our house Sparkling. Thanks
We have been using Queen Bee Cleaning services for several months now and could not be happier! Each member of the team is so respectful, thorough, and are great with our dog who follows them around. We have been using Queen Bee for a few months now and it has been a very good experience! It’s not always the same 2 people that come to the house but everyone in our rotation has been very respectful and flexible with us. If there is something I noticed that’s been missed, they are great about taking my feedback…
Great job. Setting up this for my older family member was easy.
Have been using Queen Bee for about 6 months. Always notified of arrival times and they are punctual. Excellent cleaning and such lovely staff!! Thank you Queen Bee for keeping my house beautiful!!!!
Very impressed with the overall integrity of this business. You have to be impressed with a cleaning service that has long term employees. They must be doing something right. If you are looking for quality and high end service you found it. Extremely happy with the they have always provided.
Amazing work. The cleaning I paid for was in preparation for selling a condo and after the cleaning the condo looks brand new!
Very professional and reliable team. They were punctual, detail-oriented, and left everything spotless. Excellent service from start to finish.
Queen Bee has been providing us with deep cleaning and monthly maintenance cleaning services for well over a year. The employees are quiet, respectful, thorough, focused and courteous. They are animal-friendly, which is a plus for us. I feel that the quality of their work remains excellent.
Fantastic cleaning! A team of four descended upon us, and now our home sparkles.
Edited review: We love the cleaning team, not the management. We requested skipping one of our regular cleaning sessions since we were gifted a one-time cleaning and were told we would have to pay over double for our next cleaning to be a deep clean due to a 30 day policy. Zero consideration for 2 years' worth of…
Need some help after surgery and hired Queen Bee for that support. The team assigned to me did a great job. They were professional, respectful and went right to work. Little to no surface cleaning or just wiping down. They cleaned everything thoroughly. The house smelled amazing, but more importantly, it looked…
Mary does cleaning for our VRBO/AirBNB vacation house between guest stays. She and her team do a nice job on cleaning consistently. The house is always clean on time, and even last minute requests have not been an issue. I'd recommend her to anyone in the Mystic region looking for a cleaner.
Definitely will hire them again
Affordable, good quality would rehire.
Mary is always so responsive and helpful. Her team is timely and respectful. They even love on our puppy while they are there. Give Queen Bee a try!!!
Life has picked up quickly and I let alot of things at home slide. I finally gave in and found queen bee cleaning. I was NOT disappointed. They were willing to work with my off hours schedule, were punctual, and did an amazing job. I'm hoping to keep everything as clean as they left it and NOT have to call them…
