Our Queenbee cleaners arrived on time and worked hard for a full day thoroughly cleaning my Brothers trailer. I was extremely satisfied with the extra effort they put in to leave the place sparkling and sanitized. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a deep cleaning of a kitchen, bathroom or entire house. You will not be disappointed.

They have left several fake reviews including using false images from areas across the internet that do not match the home we cleaned.

Very Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not Worth the Money
The people who came to clean my house were: Karlee, Jordin, Mia, and Liberty. I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I paid over $1,500 for a deep cleaning, and the quality of the work was absolutely unacceptable for the price I was charged. The cleaning was poorly done, especially when it came to dusting. I had to constantly follow up with the cleaners and point out areas that were not properly cleaned, asking them to go back and redo their work. Even after that, there were areas that were left completely untouched. For a service advertised and paid for as a deep cleaning, this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the response from the owner, Mari. She told me they could come back to clean the areas that had been missed, but I would have to pay an additional $70 per hour, per person. I found this response unreasonable and very disappointing. Why should a customer have to pay hundreds of dollars more to correct work that was already included in a service costing over $1,500? A deep cleaning should mean that the home is thoroughly cleaned, not that the customer has to supervise the cleaners, repeatedly point out missed areas, and then be asked to pay even more to get the job done properly. I expected professional service, attention to detail, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a thorough, high-quality deep cleaning. The service did not meet my expectations, and the proposed additional charges to address the missed work made the situation even more frustrating. Save your money and make sure you fully understand what is included in the service before booking.

This individual's review contains false information and is intended to defame my business. This client has had friends post retaliatory reviews which contain lies, and fake images associated with "her service" which can be found on reddit. Our attorney has been contacted as her and her friends reviews violate several laws and are intended soley to harm the reputation of this business without fully representing the facts and containing fake photos. She is associated with several other 1* reviews on this account.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have used this company for more than four years now. I have used them personally in my homes and professionally for my clients' homes as closing gifts and to better market listings. In my opinion, the depth of cleaning that has been provided on two of my listings actually raised the value! This is a GLEAMING clean. I also love that the house does not reek of Fabuloso when done; it smells fresh and clean, and on several occasions they have made my personal home look and feel like an Airbnb. Not only that, this WOMAN-OWNED business is top-notch! I feel like my money is being well served. They are ambassadors to our community. They are generous and kind. Mary treats her employees with compassion, and as a result, they do fantastic service. They can turn any situation around. I stand by their work and have hired them multiple times now, and the quality is consistent.
