The plumber who did the job was very professional, courteous and kept me informed of what the situation was and his actions to remedy same. Did an excellent job and would recommend him to anyone.

Roger is an outstanding professional with Quick Action Plumbers. He consistently completes projects for our family quickly and efficiently, often resolving issues in little to no time. My outside faucet broke and water was pouring out and the inside knob was stripped - so I couldn’t turn the water off. I went down the list of plumbers calling them in order the way google gave them to me and they were about the 5th one - they had great ratings but not as many ratings as others. Not only was it…
The two technicians showed up on time, after checking the problem they explained to me what needed to be done. I'm so glad they were able to correct the problem. They were very polite and professional. Good workers, can't say "thank you" enough. Shirley Taylor
Another great experience with Quick Action Plumbers. They came out same day, identified the problem efficiently and proposed a very cost effective solution. I have used them several times now and have found them to be very customer service focused and cost effective. Thank you Quick Action!
Desmond and Felix did a great job fixing our shower!

The plumber checked and double checked to do the plumbing right.
Alexis and Marcos did a great job fixing the problem. The faucet and valve were rusted in place so they cut the Sheetrock on the other side of the wall to access the pipes and valve. They were efficient and got the job done with no mess. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.
Roger was professional and pleasant to work with. He fixed the hot water faucet at first, them he realized the cold water faucet needed to be repaired, he fixed that one also.
Over the past two months I have used them twice, for two separate issues. And they did a great job both times. The technicians were courteous and efficient. And in each case he explained the issue and what he had done to resolve it. The technicians were prompt and wore shoe coverings inside my home which I also…
Very professional experience, would recommend.
Roger showed up on time and called ahead of time. He diagnosed problem and gave a temporary solution until the part came in. Then he returned and fixed it quickly. Both he and his helper were friendly and considerate.
Willy was very pleasant and arrived within the scheduled time window. He called to give me a 15 minute heads up, wore mask and booties, assessed the issue in short time and took care of it. I was pleased with the professional service and price. I will use Quick Action again.
