My car was damaged during my last car wash and was giving the runaround to file an incident report. I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years. Bad customer service when trying to file an incident report.

After reviewing the available wash footage, we did not find visible evidence of equipment malfunction or evidence establishing that our wash caused the damage to your passenger-side window seal. Additionally, as noted on signage at the entrance, our damage policy applies to factory-installed, secured, undamaged items on vehicles less than five years old. Because your vehicle is a 2017 model, it falls outside this policy’s age requirement, as normal wear and tear can affect the condition and security of vehicle components over time. We understand this outcome is disappointing, and we’re sorry that the process of reporting your concerns left you feeling that you were given the runaround.
