The technician replaced 2 broken springs and one pulley and said it was a simple easy fix. Twenty minutes later he charged me $445.00!! Labor charge was $180 and parts were the rest of the bill plus tax. I should have asked for a quote first, but I really needed the door to be fixed that day. Reached out to the owner and he agreed to refund $120.00.

A technician was sent the day I called and he was able to close my garage door that had been stuck open for over a week. He quickly diagnosed the problem and kindly suggested replacing my 30+ year old door and garage door opener, but was willing to try and fix the problem if I wasn't looking to replace them. After discussing my options and financial situation, Alex was able to collaborate with me on a date and time for a down payment, which I was extremely thankful for given the sudden unexpected cost. After my deposit was received, Quickfix eagerly scheduled for the replacement the next day. I wasn't able to be home for the time they suggested and Quickfix was able to accommodate an earlier time frame that day. Installation went smoothly and the two gentlemen sent were very professional and diligent. At the end of the day, Alex called to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with everything. Thank you so much to Quickfix for making this an easy, stress free process! I highly recommend this company if you are in need of any repairs and/or replacements for your garage.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night (a fishing pole got stuck in the track while closing and it completely wrecked one side of the door and bent the frame). We spent all morning Sunday trying to fix it, before admitting defeat. Called around to a couple of different places and no one could come out until Tuesday. Meanwhile our garage door was stuck halfway open, we have a lot of stuff in our garage. Quick Fix Garage Door Service responded to my text message within 15 minutes and was in constant communication that afternoon until he was able to come out that night (on a Sunday at 7pm!!!). After trying to fix it for us, we understood that it could not be repaired. We were quoted a very reasonable price for a replacement door and they were able to install it the next day. Our garage door works great and was installed perfectly. We could not be happier and would highly recommend this company!!!!
