If you need a basic clean or even a heavy duty clean there are other cleaners at a similar price point that can do better work. In response to the owner's response, my service was setup through this company for Monday July 13, I also have a payment confirmation for this vendor.

We have no record of you in our system. Please make sure you’re reviewing the correct company…..especially when leaving a poor review. After seeing your update I now remember this one. I’m not sire which is your correct name as you used a different name when scheduling the job. As we discussed earlier, your carpet had significant areas of fading a discoloration throughout. I recommended replacing it as a cleaning simply can’t correct these issues. It sounds like you’re better at Carpet Cleaning than we are if you were able to remove the fading and discolored areas. You can see in the pictures where there’s color loss. I’m glad you ultimately got it better. Perhaps we had poor communication on the color loss issue.

Review from Google · view on GoogleAh yes, 30 years in the business. Three decades. That's what the operator will tell you. This company runs an old truck-mounted unit that sounds like it was built during the Reagan administration and hasn't been maintained since, more like a jet engine warming up — and they fire it up at 7 AM sharp on Saturday mornings, right outside residential homes. The noise is so loud it cuts through every wall in the house. There is no sleeping through it, no ignoring it. The whole block wakes up whether they want to or not. When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon–Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated — newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy — that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite. If you're a property manager or homeowner, ask what kind of truck mount they run and whether they take any steps to control noise. Or just hire someone who acts like they share a zip code with actual human beings.
