I had a leak in my bathtub's waste pipes. The plumber I hired messed it up so bad, I had to call Quix to come asap to fix the mess. They were super responsive and sent the plumber, Sylvester, on an emergency call. He redid and tightened the pipes, tested the tub and finally no more leaks . I highly recommend Sylvester & Quix, would use them again.

Called them for a burst pipe on Dec 30, they came the same day, solved the problem and charged me normal rates.
The technician was timely, efficient and did great work. He was also very clean and tidy. I really liked the way company texted updates regarding our service time window and the ability to see when the plumber would arrive. All around great service.

Responded quickly. Plumber was professional and pleasant. Explained job in detail and knew what he was doing.
They were here today for our monthly sprinkler pipe inspection. They recently repaired a leaking sprinkler pipe in our building. They were able to schedule fast and the price was fair.
