The cleaning was top notch! Our old apartment looked amazing, they even got all the kitty litter out of the carpet! Extremely happy with the service! Thank you Raccoon Cleaning for letting me leave my old apartment in such great condition! I appreciate management for reaching out about a miscommunication and resolving it quickly! ☺️
I’ve hired Raccoon Cleaning twice now, and they’ve been fantastic each time. Fair price, excellent job done. I look forward to working with them in the future!
They did an overall good job, but they missed some spots like the outside of cabinets and spots that weren't mopped on the floor. They wrapped up 10min. Early and left after charging for the full hour and 45min.
I’m so impressed with the services we received from Raccoon Cleaning! They were punctual, efficient, and so thorough! We will definitely schedule a cleaning with them again!
Raccoon Cleaning (Team 10) came by my house today to clean for us to take listing photos next week. They were friendly, fast, professional, and thorough. Even from the start, the communication was easy and setting up the cleaning was fast. I will be using this service again in the future as the pricing was fair, the…
Overall it was a good cleaning. I went with the move in cleaning and my expectations were higher than what I got.
Great service, easy communication. I use them to deep clean my home. They are very receptive to what I indicate I need to focus on each time they have visited. Private varies based on hour and size of home. Don’t hesitate give them a try!
I’m so thankful I found Raccoon Cleaning! They did an incredible job with my move-out clean, and the place looked absolutely fantastic afterward. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, kind, and genuinely easy to work with. Moving is stressful enough, so having people who were this helpful and thorough made…
Very easy to communicate with and on time! We will be using them in the future
Fast and efficient. We have been using them for multiple properties and they always do a good job. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.
We moved into a house pretty site unseen. We booked Racoon cleaning for a move in service and they were so amazing we’ve now booked them for monthly services. They always send a team of 2 or more and do an amazing job!
I had hired them to deep clean a move in based on the reviews. They were very reasonably priced but I did have to go through a few things because it wasn’t as thorough as I thought it could have been for a deep clean.
Very respectful and nice people and clean very well
Team 21 did an awesome job. They stayed an extra 2 hours to make sure they did a thorough clean. We just moved in and they were able to work around all our boxes and stuff everywhere. I’d recommend this service to anyone looking for a cleaning.
I booked a move in cleaning and the checklist provided was promising. The ladies were polite and efficient. Visually everything looked pretty good at the end, but I came to be disappointed when I realized the kitchen cabinets and countertops were still dirty and I went through a whole pack of Lysol wipes getting…
The two cleaners did an outstanding job! My place looks great!
Olesia and Tetiana did a great job! We just moved into a house and wanted it cleaned before hand. They were receptive to what we wanted and told them what to clean. The place feels so much better and we’re so excited to move in now!
They did a fine job cleaning. The 3 stars is for the fact that they rescheduled 3x at the last minute. They also only took an hour 35 minutes for a move-in clean, which is fine, but when I came back to the apartment they claimed they had been there two hours and tried to charge me extra. When I showed them…
We couldn't be more pleased with Raccoon Cleaning Services! We first hired them to do a "move out" cleaning of our apartment and were so impressed we've continued to use their cleaning services in our new home. Very pleasant and polite cleaning crews who do an excellent job. They are also very flexible with…
Racoon Cleaning Services were great! They cleaned the house very nicely, in a timely manner and the price was more than fair. The communication with Iryna was perfect, she always updated me and confirmed well in advance. This is a very professional cleaning service that I would use again.
