I came across Brian aka "Rain Dial Doctor" when I was troubleshooting rain dial RD600-EXT-R controller (clock blinks & watering stops). Rather than spending a lot more to replace with a new one, I mailed it to Brian, who swiftly repaired it & sent it back to me. It's flawlessly working & rather than replacing a good quality controller, Brian made it working again. Thanks a lot for your wonderful service & I hope others make use of it.

If you are looking for an honest and professional experience when trying to DIY your home irrigation system, then Rain Dial Doctor is the place for you! Responded quickly to my ask for help with RD-1200 system, helped diagnose, shipped to them to repair and had system back up and running within a week. Saved me hundreds of $$ in service calls. This guy is amazing! Our Rainbird controller had been out for several months. I had looked into buying a new controller and was shocked at the price of a new unit. We found Rain Dail Doctor online, I sent in a message though the website describing my problem. His response was very quick and he even gave me a couple troubleshooting tips. He suggested I send it into him, which i did. I had it back in less than a week and it's working perfectly. I believe he replaced it with another one for a very low cost and a fraction of what a brand new one would've cost. Brian provides excellent customer service, great communication, and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend.

Brian was great. Helped troubleshoot my Rain Dial 600. Replaced circuit board didn’t solve problem then repaired main timer/ clock fried. 😬 Works great. Would recommend to anyone trying to repair or replace by themselves. 👍 Steve
